These two pictures were taken almost exactly two years apart. The difference is that I started working out with Vol at Clubfit in January 2012. Before Clubfit, I tried Bootcamp, kickboxing and working out with other trainers. As you can see, nothing worked. Since starting at Clubfit, I’ve lost 25 lbs and gone down 4 dress sizes!
